Do I or don't I?

Sa'ad's been on this thing since about 10 days before I left for R&R, and he brought it up again the other day.  Ann says Sa'ad is wrong, but he keeps at it.  Not since Jill's parents said I look like George Bush (the first) back in 1997 have I been so embarrassed.So the question is, "Do I or don't I look like Nuri al-Maliki?"
